EDM provided property advisory, concept design management and feasibility analysis services in relation to the proposed Valley Terminal redevelopment at Thredbo, NSW.
The project was proposed to comprise of a new hotel and apartment accommodation of approximately 500 beds, retail, restaurants and bars, and other skier facilities.
