EDM was appointed in March 2017 to project manage extensions for Uniting Richmond NSW.
The existing Hawkesbury Village, Richmond has 43 Independent Living Units (ILUs) with an open stormwater detention basin on the adjacent part of the site.
Co-located on the site is a 134 bed Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF).
The proposal is to divert the stormwater services enabling Uniting to add an additional circa 35 single level 1 and 2 bedrooms ILUs and new Club Room. The works also include new car parking and landscaping works.
The RACF will also undergo internal and external modifications and refurbishment works to the main entry which will consist of a new reception, lobby, cafe, hair & beauty salon, new offices and porte cochere.
