EDM was appointed to manage the refurbishment of Bernard Austin Lodge and new Kankama ILUs for Uniting at Liverpool NSW.
Bernard Austin Lodge is an existing 41 single bed RACF spread over two levels. Kankama comprises 26 existing 1 & 2 bedroom ILUs, clubroom and onsite parking. Uniting propose to expand the existing RACF to a total of 80 beds with a mix of single and double resident bedrooms. In addition 2 new ILUs are to be constructed.
Works also include extensions to household wings, new upper level, modifications to back-of-house areas, a new café, chapel, and landscaping works.
