EDM was appointed by Stockland to manage the delivery of the third stage of the Independent Living Units (ILU) development, Stage 3 within The Willows Retirement Village on Windsor Road, Northmead in Sydney.
The project comprised a total of 23 ILUs in 3 buildings as follows:
- 2 apartment buildings comprising of 10 ILUs each over 2 levels, above 1 level of basement parking.
- 3 over/under townhouses with double garages.
EDM’s services included design and approvals management, building contract tender, award, contract administration and superintendent services.
