EDM was recently engaged by St Vincent’s Care Services (SVCS) to undertake Technical Due Diligence (TDD) to assist three new aged care acquisitions for:
1. Rosary Village, Yennora
2. St Joan of Arc Villa, Haberfield
3. John Paul Village, Heathcote
EDM engaged a team of specialist consultants on behalf of SVCS to undertake physical inspections, review any relevant documentation and provide advices in relation to relevant issues identified, including ‘life cycle’ costs assessments on existing improvements and further capex requirements.
