EDM has been appointed to provide development management services for the proposed 800 bed, 6,000sqm commercial/retail, mixed-use Perisher Village Centre project at Perisher Valley, NSW.
EDM’s services included feasibility analysis, design team co-ordination and liaison with a wide range of stakeholders including NSW State Government Agencies, private sector and specific interest groups.
Concept Plan approval was obtained in November 2006.
Design development for Stage 1 (66 apartments and 1,000 sqm of ground floor retail area) recommenced in April 2011 and a Development Application was lodged in November 2011.
