EDM have been appointed by Montefiore as Project Managers for further stages of development at their Randwick campus. EDM’s scope includes design and documentation management, authority approvals, tender and contract award,and construction delivery and administration of:
1. Building D RACF – new 90 bed high quality RACF
2. Buildings E & F ILU – new 79 luxurious 1, 2 & 3 bed ILU over 2 buildings
The projects also incorporate basement car parking, pool, bar & lounge areas, kitchens & dining, significant function areas and landscaping works.
