EDM has successfully delivered the refurbishment & code upgrade of the new InterContinental Sydney Double Bay (previously – Ritz Carlton). EDM project managed the design and construction of the refurbishment of the existing 140 room hotel including extensive food and beverage, function and retail facilities.
Works also included a new roof top pool & bar and introduced street level alfresco dining. The new 5 star InterContinental Sydney Double Bay opened in November 2014.
