A. 357 – 359 Mann Street, North Gosford NSW

This is a mixed use development comprising 38 affordable housing units, commercial suites and basement parking. As Development/Project Managers, EDM are working with Compass Housing Services and development partner Centuria to obtain required approvals, and procure and administer the builder to completion.

B. 23 – 25 Young Street, West Gosford NSW

EDM are Development/Project Managers for this Mixed Use Development comprising 56 affordable housing units, commercial suites and car parking. To date EDM have conducted a feasibility analysis and completed a value management review of the existing DA design, managed the land acquisition, negotiation of transaction documentation, appointment of the project team, and management of S.4.55 design development.

C. 45 Pendlebury Road, Cardiff NSW

EDM identified the site and subsequently negotiated the transaction documentation with Compass Housing and development partner, Centuria. Responsibilities have included feasibility analysis, land acquisition and subsequent development of conceptual designs through to DA design and lodgement. EDM’s ongoing capacity on this project will be to manage the tender, contract award, contract administration, superintendent services and delivery of a 60 Unit Social/Affordable Housing Development.
