EDM has been appointed by Aventus Property as Project Managers for the redevelopment of Caringbah Home large format retail centre in Sydney.
The development includes significant refurbishment of the existing centre and the addition of approximately 15,000sqm of GLA. The project scope includes new mall areas and finishes, new building services including vertical transportation, full code compliance upgrade, new facades and car parking.
Major tenants include Harvey Norman, Freedom, Captain Snooze, Barbeques Galore and Adairs.
EDM’s services include forming the project team, coordinating design development, ECI, building contract negotiation and award, managing the project to completion including Superintendent under the contract.
