Bruce Wallis
Managing Director
With twenty-nine years’ experience in the Australian property and construction industry, Bruce is ideally placed to assess the issues and opportunities presented by significant private and public building and construction projects. Prior to forming Equity Development Management, Bruce spent twelve years with Leighton Properties in both Sydney and Melbourne and two years with the publicly listed Eurolynx Properties Limited, providing property acquisition, analysis and management services to the Heine Property Trusts.
Philip Riddell
Associate Director
Philip has twenty-eight years of sound experience in development, project and construction management. Initially with Lend Lease (1988-1999) he joined equity Development Management as an Associate in May 2008. Philip’s hands-on experience includes roles such as structural engineer, site engineer, site manager, design manager and delivery project manager. For the past fifteen years, he has been involved as a client-side project manager, where his on-site and design management experience provides a unique level of insight.
Tim Turpin
Advisory Board Member
With more than twenty-five years of experience in the Australian property industry, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to Equity Development Management. As the founder of Thinc Projects, one of Sydney’s most prominent project managers, he led a national team of one hundred and sixty people and gained significant experience on private company boards. Tim is a member of the NSW Urban Task Force, The Urban Development Institute of Australia and the Property Council of Australia.
